TeamSnap ONE Mobile Guide: Staff, Parents, and Players
Welcome to TeamSnap ONE — the all-in-one app your team will use this season for schedules, messaging, availability, live updates, and more. This guide walks you through everything you need to get set up and stay connected.
1. Getting Started
Download the App
The TeamSnap ONE app is available for free on both iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play).
NOTE: TeamSnap ONE is only available through participating sports organizations. You will need to be assigned to a team by an org administrator, or receive an invite from your coach or team administrator before you can log in.
Accept Your Invitation
1. Open the invitation email
Look for a message from TeamSnap ONE with the subject line "You've been added to [Team Name]."
2. Tap the 'Accept Invitation' button
This takes you to the app (or the App Store if you haven't downloaded it yet).
3. Create or log in to your account
If you're new to TeamSnap, you'll be prompted to create a free account. If you've used TeamSnap before, simply sign in — your new team will be added automatically.
Can't find the invitation email?
Check your spam/junk folder. You can also tap 'Find My Team' at teamsnap.com and enter your email address to resend the invite.
2. Viewing Your Teams
The TeamSnap ONE home screen lists all of your teams, along with displaying today's events so you know exactly what's going on.
