Finding a TeamSnap ONE Invitation

Welcome to TeamSnap ONE! An email invitation should have been sent to you. To find it:

1. Check Your Email:
   • Search for subject lines like
     • You have been added to [Team Name] on TeamSnap ONE
     • You have been added as a contact for [Player Name] on TeamSnap ONE
     • [Player Name] has been added to [Team Name] on TeamSnap ONE
   • Search for emails from: donotreply@email.teamsnap.com
   • Check all folders: Spam/Junk, Promotions/Updates, and Trash/Bin.
   • You may not have received the invitation due to the following reasons:
2. Make sure you don't have any email rules that are filtering out TeamSnap emails
3. Contact Administrator: If you can't find it, contact your team/organization administrator to verify and resend the invitation.
4. Once Found:
   • Open the invitation and click the "Accept Invitation" or similar link.
   • Follow instructions to create an account or log in and access TeamSnap ONE.
