Verifying your email

You will receive an email message to verify the email connected to your TeamSnap ONE account. Click on that button to verify your email and access your account.


Follow these steps to find the email in your inbox.

  1. Search your email
  1. Make sure to check your Spam folder. The emails may have been delivered there and search sometimes doesn't look in Spam.

NOTE - the verify link will only be valid for 10 minutes from when the email was sent, after which it will expire. If it expires, you can resend the verify email to try again.


If you are unable to find the email, you can resend the verify email from the mobile app.
