How to Delete a Live Stream

Team contacts can delete a live stream replay from the team's media once the game has ended. Deleting a stream permanently removes the video from the game zone

Prerequisites

• You must be a Team Contact (Coach, Manager, or Owner).
• You must have an active TeamSnap+ (TS+) subscription, as viewing and managing stream replays requires this paid feature

Steps to Delete the Live Stream

1. Open the TeamSnap ONE App and navigate to the Game Event you want to manage
2. Access Media by going to the Game Zone screen. This area displays all media for the game, including photos, videos, and live stream replays
3. Tap on the Archived Live Stream Video you wish to delete. This action will launch the video player (which requires the TeamSnap+ subscription).
4. Once the live stream replay is open and playing, look for a Trash Can Icon located in the Bottom Right Corner of the video player screen.
5. Tap the Trash Can Icon. The system will prompt you with a confirmation message, as this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
6. Confirm your choice to permanently Delete the live stream replay.

The live stream will be removed from the Game Zone Media Hub for all team contacts.
