How to Delete a Live Stream

Team contacts can delete a live stream replay from the team's media once the game has ended. Deleting a stream permanently removes the video from the game zone.

Prerequisites

  • You must be a Team Contact (Coach, Manager, or Owner).
  • You must have an active TeamSnap+ (TS+) subscription, as viewing and managing stream replays requires this paid feature.

Steps to Delete the Live Stream

  1. Go to the event: Open the TeamSnap app and navigate to the game event you want to manage.
  2. Access Media: Go to the game zone screen. This area displays all media for the game, including photos, videos, and live stream replays.
  3. Launch the Live Stream Replay: Tap on the archived live stream video you wish to delete. This action will launch the video player (which requires the TeamSnap+ subscription).
  4. Find the Delete Icon: Once the live stream replay is open and playing, look for a trash can icon  located in the bottom right corner of the video player screen.
  5. Confirm Deletion: Tap the trash can icon. The system will prompt you with a confirmation message, as this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
  6. Delete: Confirm your choice to permanently delete the live stream replay.

The live stream will be removed from the Game Zone Media Hub for all team contacts.
