How to Update your Registration Payment Method

TeamSnap ONE users can easily update their payment information for a completed registration by following these steps:


How to Find Your Completed Registrations

1. Log into your TeamSnap ONE account at https://identity.teamsnap.com/registrations.

2. Find the registration you need to update

  • Under the Registrations tab, locate the registration you're looking to update the payment method for.

  1. You can find the registration based on certain details:
  • Registrant Name
  • Registration Form & Organization Name
  • Confirmation #
  • Registration Date
  • Balance Owed

Once you've found the registration, click on the orange Balance button.


Viewing a completed registration

  • Within a completed registration, you can view:
  • Registration details
  • Payment details
  • Payment history & schedule.

This provides the option to pay the remaining balance in full or to pay any outstanding installment payments.


Updating a registration payment method

  1. Select either Pay balance or Pay now, depending on the payment you're wishing to update.
  2. Enter your updated payment information
  3. Check the box to Update current payment method
