Resetting Your Account Password on TeamSnap ONE

Forgot your TeamSnap ONE password? No problem! It happens to the best of us. Resetting your password is a quick and easy process to regain access to your account.

Important note: this will reset your password for all TeamSnap products, including TeamSnap ONE and our legacy TeamSnap app.

Here's how to reset your TeamSnap ONE password:

1. Go to the TeamSnap ONE Login Page:

• Open the TeamSnap ONE app on your smartphone.

2. Click "Forgot Password?":

• If you are logged in, log out. You can refer to the “Logging In and Out of TeamSnap ONE” article if you don’t know how to do this.
• Once on the login screen, below the email and password fields, you will see a link labeled "Forgot Password?". Click on this link.

3. Enter Your Email Address:

• You will be taken to a "Reset Password" page and prompted to enter your email address.
• Enter the email address associated with your TeamSnap ONE account. This is the email address you use to log in.

4. Click on "Send email":

• After entering your email address, click the "Send email" button.
• A message will appear, confirming that an email with password reset instructions has been sent to your inbox.

5. Check Your Email for the Reset Link:

• Go to your email inbox (the one you entered in the previous step).
• Look for an email from TeamSnap ONE with a subject line similar to:
  • "TeamSnap ONE Password Reset"
  • "Reset your TeamSnap ONE password"
• Important: If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders. Sometimes, automated emails can end up there.

6. Click the Password Reset Link in the Email:

• Open the email from TeamSnap ONE.
• Inside the email, you will find a unique link to reset your password. Click on this link.
• This link is valid for a limited time (15 minutes) for security reasons. If it expires, you'll need to repeat the process from step 1.

7. Create a New Password:

• Clicking the link will take you to a secure page on the TeamSnap ONE website where you can set a new password.
• Enter your new password in the designated field. Passwords need to have a minimum of 10 characters.
• Choose a strong password that is easy for you to remember but difficult for others to guess. A strong password usually includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. 

8. Click on "Reset Password":

• Once you've entered your new password, click the "Reset Password" button to save it.

9. Log In with Your New Password:

• Open the TeamSnap ONE app on your smartphone.
• Now, use your newly created password along with your email address to log in to your TeamSnap ONE account.
