Viewing your all-team schedule

With TeamSnap ONE, if you're a member of multiple teams, you can easily view a consolidated schedule that includes all events from every team you're associated with. This "All-Team Schedule" provides a comprehensive overview, helping you manage your time and commitments efficiently.

Important note: this will only show the schedules for your TeamSnap ONE teams. If you also have teams in our legacy TeamSnap app, you will need to use that app to see their schedule.

Here's how to view your all-team schedule in TeamSnap ONE:

1. Log in to TeamSnap ONE:

• Access your TeamSnap ONE account through the TeamSnap ONE mobile app..

3. Locate the "All Schedules" Option in the navigation bar:

• Look for the “All schedules” icon. The exact icon and placement might vary slightly, but it will always be in the bottom navigation bar.

4. Access the All Schedules View:

• Click on the “All schedules” icon. This will open a unified calendar view showing all practices, games, events, and availabilities from every team you are a part of within TeamSnap ONE.

5. Utilize Schedule Features (Optional):

Once you're in the all-team schedule view, you can:

• Set availability: You will be able to set availability to games, practices or any event.
• Change Display: You will be able to expand or collapse sections, tailoring the view to your needs.

By utilizing the All-Team Schedule feature in TeamSnap ONE, you can effortlessly keep track of all your sports-related commitments in one convenient place, helping you stay organized and always know where you need to be.
