Accessing archived teams in the app

When a season wraps up, your teams don't have to clutter your Home screen. Archived teams move out of the way while keeping all of your important info within reach. Here's how it works.

What is an archived team?

An archived team is a team from a completed season that has been moved out of your active teams. At this time, only your sports organization can archive a team. Organization admins typically archive a program once its season has ended.

When your organization archives one of your teams, you'll see a notification in the app letting you know.

Where to find my archived teams

Your archived teams are always available at the bottom of your Home screen, under a section called "More of your teams."

"More of your teams" is located at the bottom of your home screen.

Tap into "Past TeamSnap ONE teams" to open any archived team and view its details, just like you would for an active team.

What can I do with archived teams?

You keep full access to everything that happened during the season. From an archived team you can still:

  • View the schedule and past events
  • See who was on the team
  • Browse photos, videos, and other media
  • Read and send messages in team chat

â €Because the season is complete, a few actions are turned off for archived teams. You can't:

  • Add new events to the schedule
  • Add new players to the roster

â €Everything else stays available, so you can always look back on the season whenever you'd like.
