Subscribing to individual team schedules

To subscribe to individual team schedules:

1. Log in to the TS ONE app.
2. Navigate to the 'All Schedules' tab.
3. Tap the calendar icon on the top right.
4. Select ‘Sync other calendar’ or ’Sync Google Calendar’ which will send an email to your inbox with calendar subscription links.
5. Your email will contain a calendar subscription URL for each of your teams’ schedules as well as a link to the all-teams schedule.

FAQs:

• How do I sync an individual team schedule to Apple Calendar?
  • Choose "Sync other calendar" to receive an email with subscription URLs for each of your teams.
  • Open Apple Calendar
  • Choose File > New Calendar Subscription
  • Copy and paste the subscription URL and save it.
  • If you are on a desktop computer, change the auto-refresh to "Every 5 minutes" so that you can stay up-to-date on schedule changes!

If you’re already subscribed to your All-Teams schedule and want to subscribe to individual teams instead:

First, unsubscribe from your current calendar. Then, follow the steps above to subscribe to individual team calendars.

• For Google Calendar:
  • Open Google Calendar on your computer.
  • In the panel on the left side, look under Other calendars.
  • Hover your cursor over the calendar you want to leave and click the X icon.
  • Alternatively, click the Options icon (3 stacked dots) next to the calendar's name, select Settings and sharing, scroll to the Remove calendar section, and click Unsubscribe.
  • Click Remove calendar to confirm

• For Apple Calendar:
  • In the Calendar app, tap the Calendars button. 
  • Right click on the calendar.
  • Click Unsubscribe.

• For Outlook:
  • Open Outlook and navigate to your Calendar view.
  • In the folder pane on the left, locate the calendar you want to remove.
  • Right-click the calendar name.
  • Select Delete Calendar or Remove Calendar.
  • Click Yes to confirm the deletion.

• For other calendars:
  • Look for the option to remove a calendar subscription.

To subscribe to your All-Teams-Schedule:

3. Tap the calendar icon on the top right.
4. Follow the prompt.
