How to Update Your TeamSnap+ Credit Card Information
Your TeamSnap+ subscription is managed directly through the Apple App Store (iOS) or the Google Play Store (Android). TeamSnap does not handle the payment details for this subscription.
To update the credit card or payment method associated with your TeamSnap+ subscription, you must manage it directly through your device’s app store.
Steps to Update Payment Information
- Go to your Subscription Settings
- In the TeamSnap app, go to the Home Screen.
- Tap your initials or profile icon in the top right corner.

- Tap on Subscription (in the Account Management section)
- Tap the orange "Manage Subscription" button.

- You will be taken to your subscriptions page in the respective store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- From there, follow the store’s steps to change or update the payment method linked to your Apple ID or Google account.
This action will update the payment information for all of your subscriptions managed through that store account.
