How to Manage Your TeamSnap+ Subscription
Your TeamSnap+ subscription is an individual purchase managed through your device’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). You can easily access your subscription details and manage billing, changes, or cancellations right from the TeamSnap app.
Steps to Manage Your Subscription
Go to Settings: From the Home Screen of the TeamSnap app, tap your initials or profile icon in the top right corner.
- Access Account Management: This opens your Account Settings menu. Look for the section titled "Account Management".
- View Subscriptions: Within Account Management, tap the subsection labeled "Subscription". This screen will display your current TeamSnap+ subscription details.
- Manage in App Store: Tap the orange "Manage Subscription" button.

You will be securely taken to the specific subscription management screen in your device’s store:
- iOS Devices: The Apple App Store (iTunes/Subscriptions)
- Android Devices: The Google Play Store (Payments & Subscriptions)
From there, you can directly manage all aspects of your subscription, including:
- Viewing your next billing date.
- Changing your payment method.
- Upgrading or downgrading your plan.
- Canceling your subscription.
Important Note: Because the subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, all payment and cancellation actions must be completed directly through the App Store or Google Play Store. Deleting the TeamSnap app will not automatically cancel your subscription.
