How to Upload and View Photos and Videos in TeamSnap
The game zone is the central place to share and view all media—including photos and videos—for a specific game or event.
1. Uploading Photos and Videos
Uploading media to an event is quick and easy from the TeamSnap app.
Navigate to the Event: Open the TeamSnap app and find the game or event you wish to add media to (via the Home Screen or Schedule tab).
Go to the game zone: Tap to open the event details screen, and then go to the game zone.
Start Upload: Look for the orange "+ Add Media" button and tap it.
Select Source: The system will ask you to choose media from your phone's gallery or to use your camera to capture new media.
Choose/Capture Media:
- From Gallery: Select the photos and videos you want to upload from your device's gallery.
Using Camera: Take new photos or videos instantly.
Review Limits: Be aware of the following size limits for uploads:
- Photos: Max size is 25 MB per photo.
- Videos: Max size is 10 GB per video.
- Finalize Upload: Once you have selected all your media that meets the size requirements, tap "Done" to begin the upload process.
- Tag Players (Optional): After the upload is complete, you may be asked to tag players in the photos or videos. (See our article: [Placeholder Link to Tagging Article] for details on how to tag players.)

The game zone supports a wide range of common photo and video formats:
| Media Type | Supported File Formats |
