How to Score a Game in TeamSnap

Keeping the score updated during a live stream is easy! Team contacts can quickly update the score and game period right from the game zone.

Steps to Score a Live Game

1. Navigate to the Schedule: Open your TeamSnap app and go to the Schedule tab for your team.
2. Select the Game: Tap on the specific game you are scoring.
3. Go to the game zone: This will take you to the main details screen for the game.
4. Find the Score Button: Look for the "Edit Score" button near the top of the screen. Tap this button.
5. Update the Score: Tapping the "Edit Score" button will open a pop-up window where you can:
   • Input the score for your team and the opposing team.
   • Select the current time period (e.g., Quarter 1, Halftime, Final).
6. Save Changes: Tap the "Update" button to publish the changes.

The updated score and time period will now be displayed to all viewers watching the live stream in the app and on the public web page.
