Deleting your TeamSnap ONE account

This article outlines the permanent deletion process for your TeamSnap ONE account. Note that account deletion is final and will erase all your TeamSnap ONE data.

How to Delete Your Account:

1. Go to Account Settings: Tap your initials in the top right corner from the main screen.
2. Open Account Details: On the subsequent screen, select "Your account".
3. Start Deletion: Scroll down on the "Your account" screen and tap "Delete Account".
4. Confirm Deletion: Carefully read the warning message and tap "Request Account Deletion" to confirm your permanent deletion request.

Upon completing these steps, your TeamSnap ONE account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 business days.
