To join an existing team, you need to be sent an email with an invitation link. It sounds like you created the team rather than accepted an invitation to join a team. If you haven’t received an email invitation, you will need to contact your coach and ask to be invited. Once you receive that email, you can log in with the same username and password you already created.
If you want to delete the team you created, you can log in and then go to the “My Account” link in the upper right-hand corner and delete the team you don’t want.
