We’re pleased to have rolled out Email Notifications to TeamSnap. Go to the Availability page and click on “Preferences” in the upper-right to see what your options are. You can choose to receive an automated email at any interval prior to games or practices/events, and managers can also receive an automated email that has details about who is available.

In addition, managers can now set a cut-off time after which players can’t change their availability. This is helpful if you need to “lock” availability at some point before the game to ensure that players contact you directly with changes.
